Our System

Our process is similar for construction sites as it is for plants, factories, and distribution centers. There is a fairly significant difference in 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards and 29 CFR 1910 General Industry Standards. In the cases of construction work being performed in a facility that is in full operation, there is a delicate balance of 1926 Standards in a 1910 environment.

Depending on the size and type of the facility, our typical initial audit/inspection will take eight to sixteen (8-16) hours.

One of our representatives will come in and hold an opening conference with the persons who are responsible for maintaining safety compliance.

We perform an intensive audit/inspection reviewing your recordkeeping, training records, and procedures.

We will review your site compliance against your corporate procedures and expectations, as well.

We hold a closing conference outlining all of the a.) Safe findings; b.) At Risk findings; c.) Imminent Hazard findings.

We offer the most efficient means to get your facility or site into compliance.

We offer competitive rates for regular visits to assist with your maintaining compliance.

Service Plan Options

  • Initial Audit / Inspection for average size facilities, plants, distribution centers, etc. (50 to 150 employees with multiple types of machinery and equipment), is generally 20 hours. This is approximately 14 – 16 hours site inspection time and 4 – 6 hours report generation.
  • We offer flexible plans for businesses / facilities smaller or larger than 50 to 150 employees.

Contract Options

Contractual agreements are three month commitments at a time. These are renegotiable and renewable.

  • 10 hours per month: Either two 4-hour site visits or one 8-hour visit, including 1 to 2-hour report generation
  • 20 hours per month: Four 5-hour visits including 1-hour report generation
  • 36 hours per month: Four 9-hour site visits including 1-hour report generation

After the Initial Audit / Inspection, the 20-hour per month option is optimal to maintain compliance – contingent on your company’s commitment to completion of and sustaining of the Corrective Actions
